Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we're here to make sure your experience is nothing but amazing!
Because all our products are custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept changes, modifications, or returns once production has started. Thanks for understanding – this helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of each item.
Here’s how our returns and refunds work if something’s not quite right:
- If approved, items need to be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label.
- Return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
- We’ll ask for photos showing the condition of the item before packaging, plus photos of the sealed package before sending it back to us.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as we’ve received the items in their original condition.
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, let us know! Drop us a line at orders@rkandco.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get a replacement sorted out for you ASAP. Please note we can’t refund postage, freight, or courier costs.
