You’ll receive a design proof for approval. You can request changes before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may attract additional fees (depending on item type).

It depends on the product, but most things can be adjusted: colours, fonts, layout, and wording. Some items also allow you to upload your own artwork. The product page will tell you what's customisable for that specific piece.

Yes. On most custom orders, we'll send you a digital proof to review before production begins. You'll get the chance to check everything over and ask for changes before anything gets made.

Production time is approximately 5–10 business days, plus shipping.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us so we can confirm whether the production timeline is achievable. We rarely say no!

Can I return a personalised item?

Because everything is made to order specifically for you, personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or we've made an error. Please double-check all your details before placing your order.

What if something arrives damaged or not as expected?

Send us a photo straight away, and we'll sort it out. That's not an outcome we're happy with either.

How do I look after my items?
It varies by product. Personalised glassware and drinkware should be hand-washed. Avoid harsh chemicals on printed or engraved surfaces. Acrylic pieces are best kept away from prolonged direct heat or sunlight. More specific care instructions are listed on individual product pages.
